Cécina Cakes & Speciality Foods founder Marcia Cécina established her London based company making delicious, handmade cakes in 2009, leaving behind a career at an investment bank to follow her lifelong passion for baking. Her mission is to produce a high-quality, handmade product that tastes as good as it looks.

The company bakes for private functions, bespoke occasions & farmers’ markets. Within a couple months of launching, the company was commissioned to supply a selection of cupcakes for a charity event at No.11 Downing Street. Cécina Cakes also supplied the FPA a selection of edible corporate logo cupcakes alongside the Jamaican fruit & rum cake at the House of Lords.

In 2014 Marcia decided to add some Speciality Foods for everyone to enjoy. Immediately popular were her Jerk Chicken Wraps and other delights that she decided to share some of her culinary skills.

Cookery demonstrations for 2015 are on the way to all who are keen to learn.
