How to Order

We require at least 7 days’ notice to order a cake, although we will always try to accommodate last-minute orders.

Celebration cakes & Photo cakes: in order to avoid disappointment, we encourage you to order early—especially during seasonal periods (Christmas, Easter etc).

Only a limited number of orders are taken each day as each cake is individually handcrafted.

Once you have placed an order with us, we will send a confirmation email outlining the order and payment details. Payment in full is required to confirm your order. You can pay us by online bank transfer. Please allow time for clearance if using bank transfer.

For large orders and wedding cakes a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all orders within seven days. The balance is to be paid 28 days before the agreed cake delivery/collection date.


Cancellation
No refund is given on any order cancelled less than 7 days before the agreed delivery/collection date.
(excluding large orders & wedding cakes which have separate terms and conditions).
